"Canceling My Order Was More Frustrating Than Expected"
I tried to cancel my order not long after placing it, but the whole process ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. I reached out to support hoping it would be a quick and simple fix, but the responses I got weren’t very clear, so I wasn’t really sure what was happening with my order or whether the cancellation was actually going through. It just felt like there was a lot of waiting around and not much straightforward information, which made the situation more stressful than it needed to be.

I ordered once and the overall experience was fine, but I guess I expected a bit more. The updates came slower than I would’ve liked, and when I reached out to support, the replies felt brief. Nothing was terrible, but based on what I was hoping for, it didn’t really leave me excited to order again.

The site said it was in stock, and at least in my case, that turned out to be true. I can’t speak for every order, but mine shipped after a couple of days and there wasn’t any weird backorder surprise.

"Decent Order, Slow FFL Headache"
My order itself was fine, but the FFL transfer part was kind of a pain. My dealer didn’t get the info right away, so I had to be that annoying guy emailing and checking on it a couple times. GunPrime did respond and eventually got it handled, but whoever was moving that paperwork along was moving like a total sloth. Not a terrible experience overall, just more hassle than I was expecting.

I wasn’t totally sure at first. Ordering online, you never really know. But gunprime came through. Updates showed up when they were supposed to, the order matched the listing, and there weren’t any random charges or hassle. Straightforward experience. Seems like a legit shop to me. I’d order from them again.

"Getting a reply took way too long"
I had a hard time getting any kind of response from support. It took days for them to get back to me, and when they finally did, they barely explained anything. Come on now, if someone’s reaching out for help, at least give them a clear answer...

"Ordering Was Fine, Paperwork Was a Pain"
The actual ordering part was straightforward, but the compliance paperwork was where things got annoying. I sent over what they asked for, then kept getting emails that made it seem like they didn’t have it. So I had to go back and forth more than necessary and basically just sit there being patient because there wasn’t much else I could do. Maybe it was just an issue with my order, but it felt disorganized and slower than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, just frustrating.

"Decent site, but the stock could be better"
I checked out gunprime for ammo and accessories, it was just okay. They had some of the more common ammo available, but a few of the calibers I was actually looking for were out of stock, which was a bit frustrating. Accessories were similar, I found a couple of mags and small parts, but had to come back later for other items. The site itself is easy enough to navigate, so that part was fine. Overall, I’d say it’s not a bad place to shop, but the value really depends on whether they have what you need in stock. For me, it felt average.

I tried using my card a few times and it just kept failing for some reason. Not really sure what was going on, but it got frustrating after a while, especially when I expected it to work normally... ended up having to try another payment method.

I had a question about my order and they got back to me fast, which surprised me because customer service everywhere usually takes forever. I didn’t feel ignored at all, and the person who replied was helpful and explained things clearly enough. Overall it was simple, easy, and way better than what you usually get these days. I appreciated that the checkout showed the taxes and fees before I actually paid, and the shipping cost was listed there too. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but at least there weren’t any random surprises at the very end. That made me feel a lot more comfortable finishing the order

I was kind of surprised by how much GunPrime had listed. There were a bunch of different brands and models all in one spot, so it took me a little while to look through everything. But overall, the selection seemed really solid and I felt like I had plenty of options.

I used GunPrime it was straightforward. The pages loaded quickly, and the search actually pulled up what I needed even though I didn’t type it in perfectly, which I appreciated.
